Here are my initial Running Goals for 2009:
1. Finish McNaughton Park 100 - April 10-12
2. Sub 20 minute 5k
3. 100 Mile Bike Ride (workout or ride)
4. Direct Successful Ultra in NW Indiana
5. Develop More Goals...(as the season goes)
